Meet new people, learn and laugh in Improv 101! Improv Foundations is the perfect class for the complete improv beginner - no experience necessary! Vancouver Theatresports veteran Claire Pollock will teach you the basics of improv comedy through the use of hilarious games and exercises.
This four week-class will take place on Thursday nights (Jan. 8-29) from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR Claire Marie Pollock (she/her) is a comedienne, emcee, and dancer from Vancouver, BC. She received her degree in Theatre and Dance from the University of Wales. A former mainstage performer at the Improv Centre on Granville Island, Claire combines her expertise in comedy, theatre, and character-driven improv to captivate audiences across the West Coast and the UK with her unique blend of humor, creativity, and diverse storytelling.
