About

Longform Improv 101 is for graduates of GCI's improv fundamentals program or students with at least one year of improv experience.

Learn how to perform hilarious longform improv formats with Second City veteran Kevin Matviw!

Have you ever performed a shortform scene and wished you could see that character again? Well, now you can. Longform improv gives improvisers the opportunity to follow a character past their initial scene, see where their story leads and even have characters from different scenes meet!

Longform improv is (arguably) the most popular improv performance style across North America and the UK.  Come find out why!

This six week class is for graduates of GCI's Improv 201 class or an equivalent and runs every Tuesday night from Nov. 7th - Dec. 12th, from 6-9pm.

This class takes place at Theatre SKAM's Satellite Studio.
