After working as an actor, writer and teacher at the legendary Second City Toronto for twelve years, Edinburgh Fringe veteran Kevin Matviw (JFL42, Best of Second City) is joining forces with Second City musical director Jan Randall (CBC's The Irrelevant Show) and some of Victoria's best improv comedians to launch Pro Improv Comedy: New Years Eve!
