About
Drawing from his experience as an actor/writer for The Second City in Toronto and a member of the Canadian Comedy Award winning sketch troupe The Sketchersons, GCI artistic director Kevin Matviw will teach you the fundamentals of sketch comedy writing and performance!
This four week class will run on Sunday afternoons from November 9th to November 30th from 12pm to 3pm.
Interested students who have completed this class will be eligible to participate in upcoming Garden City sketch comedy shows. Participation in the class does not guarantee a spot in any shows.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR:
Kevin Matviw has been doing improv comedy for 30 years. 15 of those years were spent performing in Toronto, where he became a three-time Toronto Theatresports Champion.
